The Delta Burnaby Hotel and Conference Centre offers 12,000 square feet of meeting space, including the 7,500-square-foot ballroom. Spacious and open, the pillar-less ballroom features unrestricted room for movement and unobstructed views.

With a total of 10 meeting rooms that can be configured in 14 different ways, the Delta Burnaby offers the flexibility you need to host a seamless event. All the hotel’s meeting rooms have natural light. Alcoves provide comfortable seating, perfect for break-out sessions.

Grand Villa Ballroom

Awash with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows, the hotel’s 7,500-square-foot ballroom offers views of the North Shore Mountains. Located on the hotel’s second floor, the Grand Villa Ballroom can accommodate as many as 500 guests for a seated dinner or up to 900 in theatre-style seating. Easily divided into three separate spaces, the ballroom also features electronic reader boards at each entrance.

Executive Boardroom

Perfect for a small meeting, the hotel’s boardroom can host up to 14 people around the conference table. Featuring a state-of-the-art flat-screen television, this room is ideal for presentations, webcasts or conference calls. Your guests will appreciate the private washroom and adjacent storage room. Snacks are on hand at the dry bar, and a personal concierge is available to assist guests.

Firenze/Venezia rooms

Featuring views of the North Shore Mountains, this 1,350-square-foot room can accommodate 80 guests for a seated dinner or 100 in a theatre-style setting. Located on the second floor of the hotel, the room can be divided into two smaller rooms. Each entrance features electronic reader boards, which can be customised for your event.

Veranda/Portico rooms

Offering exclusive access to a private terrace, this third-floor room is an ideal location for a small reception or hospitality suite. The room totals just over 1,000 square feet and can be divided into two smaller sections. Each entrance features an electronic reader board, which can be customised for your event.
